Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. Nothing you do here is tracked, and there is nothing to consent to.

What this site stores on your device
Nothing at all. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage. The page follows your operating system's light or dark setting, which it reads but never records.
What this site does not do
- No cookies of any kind, so no consent banner is needed.
- No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social pixels.
- No third-party requests. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no outside party learns that you visited.
- No embedded video from elsewhere, no comments, no chat widget. The Warsaw footage is served from this domain and starts only when it is on screen.
- No contact form, so nothing is submitted anywhere. The email address on the site is an
ordinary
mailto:link.
You can verify all of this. Open your browser's network panel and reload the page — every request goes to warsawiq.com and nowhere else.
The host does see your request
Worth stating plainly, because it is the one place data is processed. The site is served by GitHub Pages, so GitHub receives and may log the technical details of every request — IP address, user agent, the file requested — as any web host does. That processing is GitHub's, under its privacy statement. We have no access to those logs and keep no visitor statistics.
If you write to us
Email sent to a warsawiq.com address is processed by our mail provider, OVH, on servers in the European Union. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or engagement it concerns, and for as long as accounting law requires where an invoice follows. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the performance of a contract once there is one.
Client engagements are separate
Where an engagement involves us processing personal data on your behalf — an outsourced DPO role, an audit, a data-quality project — that is governed by a written data processing agreement, not by this notice. Ask and we will send our standard terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The date at the top is the last substantive change. If this page ever stops matching what the site actually does, that is a bug — please tell us.
